On October 7, 2009, at 8:30 p.m., the Moreno Valley Police Department responded to the 25000 block of Valley View Lane, to investigate a reported suspicious circumstance call. Officers spoke with the homeowner and learned that earlier in the evening, a male subject came to the front door identifying himself as a law enforcement officer.
