Oscar Enrique Espinosa, 75 Details:
On Wednesday, Sept 30, 2009, at 6:08 PM, officers of the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a dispatch call of an unknown trouble in the alley behind the 1400 block of S. San Jacinto Street, San Jacinto.
Deputies were informed of a sexual assualt that had taken place. The suspect was located and arrested without incident.
The male suspect, Oscar Enrique Espinosa, 75, of San Jacinto, had lured a child into the alley and then assualted the victim.
Espinosa was arrested and booked for 288.7(a)PC - unlawful sexual acts with a child, and 269(a)(5)PC - aggravated sexual assault of a child.
