Sheriff Service Officer I/II
[MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS] [SELECTION PROCESS]
- High school graduate, GED, or Certificate of proficiency issued by the California State Board of Education.
- Age 18 years old
- Valid California Drivers license
- U.S. citizenship must be obtained by the time of appointment
SELECTION PROCESS Candidates must appear in person for all of the exams. Candidates who live out-of-state must attend the written examination; however, the remaining selection process may be combined to minimize your visits through sheriff's personnel.
