Court Services Mission
The Court Services Division is responsible for serving the courts by insuring the safety of every person attending an open court.
The Court Services Division first serves the Superior Courts of California in Riverside County. We provide safety to all who attend an open court. Second, we serve civil processes valid on their face, delivered to us in accordance with our operating procedures. Third, we serve civil and criminal arrest warrants.

The Court Services staff provides first line service to our bench officers, court staff, and the public. We take particular pride in working as a team to meet our mission. As individuals, each of us believes in and strives to maintain the values of the Riverside Sheriff's Department. We assertively maintain an unimpeachable level of integrity. We take special pride in never compromising the integrity of our word, deed, or signature. Safety in our courts and among our team, achieved through proactive preventive action, is the hallmark we use to measure the quality of our service.

We diligently strive to ensure that every person or agency who contacts us feels that we value them and that we will earnestly and aggressively act to meet their needs.
