Wanted
Riverside County Sheriff's Department On Sunday, 10/03/98, at about 2050 hrs, Victim Noe Mendoza was standing with his friends in front of 4076 N. Brotherton St., Home Gardens. A gray, Honda, 4 door, occupied by three or four Hispanic males, drove by, turned around and stopped. A young Hispanic male with a shaved head stepped out of the right rear passenger door and shot Mendoza once in the stomach.

INFORMATION WANTEDMendoza did not have any gang ties. He is believed to have been shot by mistake by members of a street gang who were involved in a shooting in the same area the day before. There are no active suspect leads at this time.
