Part-Time Work Release

The objective of the Part-Time Work Release Program (Weekenders)
is to offer an alternative in lieu of jail time.

Eligibility

Remanded by the court to serve sentence on weekends
Must work a minimum of 2 days a week at an assigned job site
Must work 8 to 10 hours a day in lieu of 1-day of sentence
Must be physically fit to perform manual labor
Must have reliable transportation

Acceptance

Committed by court to serve weekends
Report to the WRP office as ordered by court
Present proper identification
Pay a $90.00 Administrative Fee

Processing

Step 1: Complete the information form (RSD Form 571 - English, Spanish)
Step 2: Sign Rules and Regulations [English] [Spanish]
Step 3: Sign Liability Waiver
Step 4: Choose minimum of 2 days (Sun. through Sat.)
Step 5: Sign Promise to Appear Contract
