Sex/Race: Female Caucasian.
Date found/died: October 24, 1994.
Place found/died: Found in open desert, 1/2 mile north of Varner Road, near Thousand Palms, CA.
Estimated age: It is believed that this woman was between 65 and 80 years of age.
Estimated time since death: It is estimated that she had been dead one to four months prior to being found.
Hair/Eyes: She had brown hair with gray mix and unknown eye color.
Hair length: She wore her hair short, about 2-3 inches in length.
Height/Weight: She was 5'4" (64") tall and unknown weight (medium build).
Features or distinguishing marks: Her body had been partially buried in the sand and partially exposed to the elements. An 11 cm. well healed scar was found to her right lower quadrant to the anterior abdomen,. She had no identification with her. She had full upper and lower dentures (un-marked or numbered).
Clothing description: She had been wearing blue shorts, a red blouse and underwear. No shoes were found.
Circumstances: This woman was found by hikers, partially buried in the sand and exposed to the sun for months. This is a homicide death.
